My compliments for your excellent service during our crew change. Service boat was exactly in time at ‘rendez-vous’ position and embarkation and disembarkation was completed within 10 minutes. No deviation of vessel was necessary and total time lost on the voyage was not more than 10 minutes. An excellent result.
